Harold H. Crain July 3, 1932 February 16, 2013 Harold H. Crain, 80, of Murrysville, died Saturday, Feb. 16, 2013. He was born July 3, 1932, in Wilkins- burg, son of the late Harold Hugh and Ruth Elizabeth Myers Crain. He was a U.S. Army veteran and a graduate of Penn State. He was a retired engineer for Westinghouse Nuclear Division with over 24 years of service. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Murrysville and the Murrysville Lions Club. (Tim) enjoyed hunting, fishing, boating and camping. He was a history buff and an avid Nittany Lions fan. His family and friends will remember his sense of humor, optimism, tenacity and love of life. He was preceded in death by a brother, Ronald Crain. Harold was a dedicated husband, father and grandfather. He is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Claire McMonigal Crain. He also leaves four children to cherish his memory, Kim (Bobby) Whitmill, of Ruther Glen, Va,, Jan (Robert) Wagner, of Wexford, Philip (Fern) Crain, of Export and Jill (Jeff) Hayes, of Harrison City; and five grandchildren who will forever miss their "Pappy", Jennifer, Philip, Jesse, David and Skyler. Visitation 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the Hart Funeral Home Inc., Murrysville. A service will be held in the funeral home at 11 a.m. Thursday with Rev. Chris Livermore officiating.
