Earl Rosenberger Baum

Earl Rosenberger Baum MT. PLEASANT - Earl Rosenberger Baum, 95, of Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina, husband of the late Virginia "Jinny" Van Horn Baum died Wednesday, November 13, 2013. Arrangements made by J. HENRY STUHR MOUNT PLEASANT CHAPEL. Earl was born on August 24, 1918 in Hilltown, Pennsylvania, son of the late Charles Baum and Frances Rosenberger Baum. He graduated from Landsdale High School and attended Penn State University. Earl served in the United States Army during World War II and he worked with Penn State University to help dairymen improve their herd of dairy cows. He was a member of the Pennsylvania Dairy Herd Improvement Association Hall of Fame. He is survived by his two daughters, Sandra M. Scott and her husband Robert, of Johns Island, SC and Joan K. Baum of Prescott, AZ; four grandchildren, Anne Levins, Lisa Rose, Daintree Jones and Skylar Jones; five great-grandchildren.
