Justin Bryant Van Hoy LOS ANGELES, CA - Justin Bryant Van Hoy, 31, of Los Angeles, CA formerly of Summerville and husband of Holly Van Hoy, passed away on Wednesday, November 14, 2012. Friends and family may call at the funeral home on Wednesday, November 21, 2012 from 2 o'clock until the hour of service. Funeral services will be held at 3 o'clock PM at James A. Dyal Funeral Home, Summerville. Burial will follow at Dorchester Memory Gardens, Summerville. Justin was born on February 27, 1981 in Charleston, SC loving son of Leslie Bryant Van Hoy, Jr. and Patricia Evans Van Hoy. Justin was known for being a wonderful friend and connected many lives. He was a graduate of Winthrop University. While living in California, he was a graphic designer, gallery owner and author. Justin's strength and positivity in the face of leukemia were a testament to his character and serve as an inspiration to all who knew him. He touched the lives of many and will be greatly missed by all. Surviving in addition to his soul mate, Holly and his loving parents, Leslie & Patricia are: One Brother & One Sister: Ryan Evans Van Hoy & Christin Lee Van Hoy, of Summerville; Cousin: Stephanie Hedrick Connolly & Family of Washington Crossing, PA; Uncle: Douglas Van Hoy (Leslie) & Family of Mt. Pleasant, SC; Two Aunts: Nancy Van Hoy of Texas & Barbara Bandy of Florida; His Mother and Father In Law: Richard & Ann Hunter of Summerville, SC; Two Sister In Laws: Julie Packett (Brion) & Family of Summerville, SC an Carrie Grebenc (Austin) of Columbia, SC.
