Tish, what an extraordinary obituary you wrote for your mother, made possible, of course by the extraordinary life she led. I never knew her but am so impressed by her good work and great causes. A friend of mine told me when my mother died that your mother is always within you--in her expressions, manner, and methods. You were a most devoted daughter, and I know you have a rich trove of memories. My sympathies to you.

Tish,
I was very impressed with your mother's involvement and drive with issues she believed enhanced the quality of life for women. I would loved to have known her and introduce her to my mother. You have my sympathies. Blessings, Elease Amos-Goodwin

Tish. Your brother Jeffery and I were at Northwood together and I got to know your mom and the Ambassador when I served as director of arts & productions at the Cathedral Church of St John the Divine in New York. She was a very special lady, so kind and intelligent, and with such great energy. My prayers with you and your family.
