Baynard Arnette WALTERBORO - Mr. Baynard "Bennie" Arnette died Monday at the Colleton Medical Center after a brief illness. He was 65. Mr. Arnette was born March 19, 1947 in Walterboro, a son of the late Levy Baynard Arnette and Louise Hickman Arnette. He was a U.S. Army veteran and was a retired demolition expert with the South Carolina Department of Transportation. He was a member of Bethel United Methodist Church and was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting and fishing. He is survived by a host of dear friends. Funeral services will be held Friday at 11:00 AM in the chapel of Parker-Rhoden Funeral Home, with burial following in the Live Oak Cemetery.
