Pamela Corley Stonier LADSON - Pamela Corley Stonier, 63, of Ladson, wife of Larry Arthur Stonier, passed away on Tuesday, April 29, 2014 at Summerville Medical Center. Friends and family may call at James A. Dyal Funeral Home on Thursday, May 1, 2014 from 6 o'clock until 8 o'clock PM. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, May 2, 2014 at 1 o'clock PM at Miles Road Baptist Church, 816 Miles Road, Summerville. Inurnment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, 604 Fort Johnson Road, Charleston. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Summerville Victim's Advocate, 300 West 2nd North Street, Summerville, SC 29483 or , 2090 Executive Hall Road, Charleston, SC 29401. Pam was born on March 28, 1951 in Florence, SC daughter of the late Frank Corley and Daisy (Collins) Corley. She graduated from Charleston Southern University where she received her Bachelor's in Criminal Justice. She then went to receive her Master's degree in Counseling from Webster University. She loved reading, going to the beach and camping. Pam was a representative for Guardian Ad Litem. She worked for Summerville Police Department for 12 years as their Victim's Advocate and drug and alcohol counselor. She was a member of Miles Road Baptist Church. Surviving in addition to her husband Larry are: six children: Berdena Messina (Steve) of Greene, NY, Christopher Stonier (Jody) of Summerville, Elinore Wadford (DJ) of Moncks Corner, Ann Meyer (Jason) of Charleston, James Stonier (Cameron) of Summerville and Philip Stonier of Charleston; 11 grandchildren: Samantha, Danielle, Mary Frances, Christina, Andrea, Kyle, Shelby, Mackenna, Evan and Avery; three great-grandchildren: Sophia, Anthony and Miracle; one brother: Tim Corley (Jan) of Savannah, GA.
