Russell Alan Bazemore SYLVANIA, GA - Russell Alan Bazemore, age 49, passed away Thursday, July 29, 2010, at Memorial Health University Medical Center in Savannah. He was born in Chatham County, GA, worked as an ironworker with the Ironworkers Local 709, which he was a member of, and was a member of Clito Baptist Church. Survivors: daughter: Megan Nicole Bazemore of Millen; sons and daughter-in-law: Matt and Jill Bazemore of Millen and Josh Bazemore of Charleston, SC; parents: Howard Christopher "Chris" and Peggy Rebecca Hunter Bazemore of Sylvania; sister: Cheryl B. Neidlinger of Sylvania; brother and Sister-In-Law: Howard "Bubba" and Mindy Bazemore of Charleston, SC; grandson: Jake Bazemore of Millen; several nieces and nephews. Visitation: Saturday, July 31, 2010, at 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM at Thompson-Strickland-Waters Funeral Home. Funeral Services: Sunday, August 1, 2010, at 2:00 PM at Thompson-Strickland-Waters Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. J. D. Turner officiating. Burial at Buck Creek United Methodist Church Cemetery.
