Just learned today of Archie's passing. So sorry to hear and my deepest condolences! I worked with Archie during his physical therapy and got to know and love him and his stories especially of those of his Citadel days! He was always so proud to show off his class ring. I was able to read the story about him having to go off to war and losing many of his classmates and friends and now I'm sure he is with them now in peace and swapping stories:) he was so sweet and will be missed dearly! Your family is in my prayers!!

I am so sorry to hear about the Judge's passing. He attended church with my parents Franz and Tommie Witte, who have also gone to be with the Lord.
I wish I had known him better so I would have found out more about his life! I have been a volunteer with the Honor Flight since it began and hope he was able to go to Washington and see the WW2 memorial.
What a wonderful Man he was and he was so humble I didn't know all of his achievements.
He will be miss by many and I am praying for all of the family during this sad time!

Mrs. Chandler & family, so sorry to hear about the Judge. I had the pleasure to work with Judge Chandler when he was on the Circuit Bench. He was a true southern gentleman. May you find comfort in knowing others care.

Dear Jane and family,
I am so sorry for the passing of your dad,and grandfather. Words are not sufficient for the sorrow, but please know our thoughts and prayers are with you. It is a hard road to travel, and it will take some time. So be gentle with yourself and your feelings.
