I am very sorry about the lost of your parents. I work next door to Ms. Betty's daughter, Natalee, at Andrews AFB MD. I don't even know Natalee's last name, although I talk to her in the hallway everytime I see her. I just know that Ms. Betty must have been a fabulous woman, because she has raised such a sweet daughter with a very sweet spirit. I will do my part in taking care of Natalee on the job and cover her with abundant prayer.
May God tightly bind you all together, as you go through this process.

Dear Vice Family:
The news of the passing of Johnny and Betty, was to me, the same as it was for most others. I have lost many firends over the years, but this one really hurts. Johnny and I were friends since the day we met more than 55 years ago.He was without a doubt my longest, dearest an most loyal friend. Johnny was easy to love because he was so unselfish, for this unselfishness, everyone who knew him, respected him.Every thought and bone is his body was kind, and of all the years I have known him, there was not anything he would not give or do for a friend.When he met Betty, he showered upon her, the many positives he had practiced all of his life.They really loved each other, and God in his infinite wisdom and abiding mercy, knew it would've been too painful had he taken one, and left the other, so they departed as they lived...together.May all of the children of Johnny and Betty find some solace in the fact that these were truly, two good people.May you also find comfort in each other and your host of family and innumerable friends.My family and I will keep all of you in our prayers.I earnestly wish you well and may God forever bless you.

I am still shocked by the news and heartbroken as well. Mrs. Betty and Johnny will be greatly missed by all. They were such a loving and giving couple. They adored my son and he will miss them also.
As for Yolanda, I cannot express how much she will miss this couple. She is also heartbroken and continues to grieve over her friends from afar. She valued their relationship and they were supportive of her adventures.
We are still in disbelief that this incident occurred; however, prayful that we will heal in time.
Weeping may endure for the night........

Dee Dee, Nat and Ron, it has been many years since we have seen each other last and I just learn today of your Mothers passing from my Mom (Hazel Giles). I rememeber as a child you all coming over to my Mom's house on Carlton street and us all playing together for hours. One of the things I can remember most about your mother is that she always had a smile on her face and was quick to laugh. I know that this time is very hard for all of you and your grief runs deep. But hold on to the years that you have had with your mother and pass on the things that she has taught you. Doing so will forever keep her spirit alive. A Mother's love is eternal
From the day you were conceived it was your Mothers arms that wrapped around you as you grew within her womb. Her very breath was your breath, her cries became your cries as she struggled to bring you into the world. It was your Mother who showed you, her children the true meaning of love. She held your hands to teach you to walk, kissed away your pain when you were hurt. She was never afraid to use a firm hand to guide you onto the correct path in life. Even as she watched you leave her nest and go off into the world. You knew that regardless of the time day or night she was always there with warm words of encouragement and her open arms. She was your best friend, the very reason you are able to hold you head high and face lifes adversities. There is no other bond in life that will mean as much to you as a mothers love. It is ok to laugh, cry and sometimes be angry that she is no longer here. But never forget that she has already taught you how to over come this moment. Her gentleness, patients, support and selfless nature is the one thing that her passing cannot take from you. Your heart beats because a Mother's Eternal Love.
