Nice to hear from the Canadian side.Thank you ,Don , for your mentioning your son Eric's joyful developments. Such good news . Turns out, the Plews daughters'" Cousin Bill " became a quiet legend among the Winnipeg family where he often visited. .When "Uncle Morley" no longer could come, Bill stepped right in to carry on his father's actions. The endearing 'Cousin Bill " spent time telling such riveting tales to each young Plews grandson, adding his own unique touch. Those memorable acts were passed on to two of their sons also, a four generational impact on the minds of children, for which no words can express. We are honored in our family to have those who found true and genuine integrity in challenging circumstances.

To Diane and the Story family. ..Thinking of you at this difficult time. Bill was a wonderful, great and honorable man. So blessed to have known him. I still remember dancing with him when I was a small child at one of the FSSF reunions. He will be truly missed but forever in our hearts. May God's peace and love surround you. RIP Mr. Story and the Force be with you. ...Cathy and Bill Rachui

I met him at the Airborne reunion in Atlanta GA and had the honor of sitting next to him at the luncheon and hearing a great bit of history. I know he will be missed. Sorry to the family for their loss.

I had the honor of escorting Bill to Special Operations Command, Fort Bragg, NC a number of years ago for a ceremony honoring him and other members of the First Special Service Force. I have fond memories of Bill interacting with the Delta Force soldiers who were rightly excited to meet an important player in their units' history. Godspeed, Bill
