Godfather,
I know that you are in a better place...no longer in pain or suffering. I knew this time would come but I never wanted it to. I know you are smiling down from heaven because you are FREE. It's hard to imagine that you will no longer call me to bring you something to eat or just to 'get on me'. Our long conversations and the life lessons that you taught me will continue to be in my heart. I will ALWAYS love you and you will FOREVER be in my heart. This is NOT goodbye....just see you later!

I cant believe you are gone, you were my best friend. We use talk about anything and everything and nothing and it was alright. When momma ,kim and i came to visit you in the nursing home the week before you went into the hospital and you told the nurses we were your family that really touched their hearts. Momma said you felt like one of her childern. We have a 29 year old bond that can never be broken. One of our greats joys in life. I am so glad you called me when you did....you will be sorely missed...
You could always make me laugh when i want to cry.You always pick me up when i was down. But i know you are in a better place.I will never forget the first time i saw you smile.I will never forget your last...

Take comfort in knowing that now you have a special guardian angel to watch over you. Your brother may have left this earthly vessel but,the word of God promise us that if a believer is absent from their earthly body then they are present with the Lord.
