The loss of Jackson is felt within his family, extended family and many friends. As Jack's brother-in-law, our families had the great pleasure to spend many happy hours together. Jack was a gentle man with a great sense of humor and a large capacity to love, which he willingly shared. We are saddened by this loss and our hearts go out to Patricia and the McCraw family.

I had the pleasure of knowing Jack through National Gypsum Company--both before and after retiring, he was a delightful man and a great story teller, I was especially entertained with his tales of the Westminister Dog Show he so enjoyed going to. I will miss his gentle humor. The world already seems a little duller without him.

I worked with Jack here at NGC, enjoyed his golf game, and basketball commentary at the few Hornets games we both attended. Men like Jack with his dry sense of humor will be missed by all who had the opportunity to come in contact with him. His family will be in my thoughts and prayers.
