Louise Price GASTONIA - Mrs. Louise Price, 92, passed away Sunday, June 14, 2015. She was a native of Gaston County and the daughter of the late James Neal and Lillian F. Lee. A service to celebrate the life of Louise will be held at 2 PM Wednesday, June 17, 2015, at Temple Baptist Church in Gastonia officiated by Rev. Scott Whitener. The family will receive friends directly following the funeral service. Interment will be private for the family. Louise was a member of Temple Baptist Church where she was a Sunday School teacher, and active in the flower committee. She was formerly employed as an inspector with AB Carter. Survivors include her daughters, Phyllis and Earl Walters, Freida Pollock, and Denise and Reg Thomas. She is also survived by; five grandchildren, and 12 great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, George B. Price, step-father; Robert E. Lee, brother; James Neal, step-brothers; Garrison Lee, and Austin Lee, step-sister; Vera Litton. Memorials may be made to Temple Baptist Church, 701 Littlejohn Street, Gastonia, NC 28052-1406.
