Justin Ouseley Baldwin, III CHARLOTTE - Mr. Justin Ouseley Baldwin, III, was born Oct. 19, 1945, and died Feb. 7, 2014. After a long struggle with cancer and Alzheimer's disease, he now rests in peace. He is survived by his wife, Susan O'Toole Baldwin; his son, Jeremiah Ward Baldwin (Elisabeth Baldwin), and his daughter, Caroline Baldwin Kennard (John David Kennard). His family thanks Dr. Eric Wang and the CMC Interventional Radiology Department, the caring staffs of The Ivey and Brighton Gardens Reminiscence Unit and Hospice & Palliative Care of Charlotte. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, Feb. 15, 2014 at St. Peter's Episcopal Church, 115 West 7th Street, Charlotte, NC. A reception will follow at the Baldwin residence. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to: Hospice & Palliative Care Charlotte Region, 1420 East Seventh Street, Charlotte, NC 28204; The Ivey Senior Adult Day Care, 6030 Park South Drive, Charlotte, NC 28210; St. Peter's Episcopal Church, 115 West 7th Street, Charlotte, NC 28202.
