Caroline Acosta-Sjogren
Miranda went to be with her heavenly father on Sunday, June 1, 2008.
She was born March 11, 2008, daughter of Sergio Acosta and Caroline Sjogren of Charlotte, NC. Also surviving are paternal grandparents, Ignacio Acosta and wife, Ana and maternal grandparents, Torsten Sjogren and wife, Sabine and several aunts and uncles.
Her life on this earth was brief but she left a lifetime of love and memories. Like a butterfly she fluttered by and now with wings she is free to fly.
A special thank you to the doctors and nurses of the Charlotte area that made it possible for her to see the world.
We would like to express our gratitude for those who care.
A funeral mass for Miranda will be held in the Chapel of St. Gabriel's Catholic Church on Thursday, June 5, at 11:00 a.m. The family will receive friends at Hankins & Whittington Wednesday evening, June 4, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Interment will be private.
Arrangements are in the care of Hankins & Whittington, Dilworth Chapel, 1111 East Blvd. Online at www.hankinsandwhittington.com.
