It was so hard saying good-bye to my Uncle Lee. His final words to me, "I love you, honey" are written in my heart. I know that we will all be together again for the family Christmas parties. For now, though, the Eight Maids a Milking are all together enjoying the reunion. We will miss you, Uncle Lee. We love you, honey.

Dear Friend and brother-in-law;
I grieve for all of the good family times that are gone, but I rejoice in the memories that those times have left with us. I'll miss talking with you about those good days, but I am so happy that you are with all of the family that has gone before. I will miss you, but I know that you are in the arms of the Lord, and our family welcomes you with joy. Goodbye my friend. Dew

It is with much sadness that I must say goodbye to my Uncle Lee. A sweeter man I have not met. He is going to join the many others of my family that await us. God Bless the Maes family in this hour of sorrow .

Lee Man, Grandpa Lee - We will think of you with love today but that is nothing new. We thought about you yesterday and days before that too. We think of you in silence....We often speak your name, now all we have is memories and your picture in a frame.
