Leo A. Bednar 85 of Antioch, IL: Beloved husband of Irene; Loving father of: Alan (Julie), Glen (Lori), Paul, Brian (Donna), and Donna Jordan; 10 grandchildren: William (Lisa), Valerie, Andy, Alice, Phillip, Heather, April, Nicole, Grace, and Colton; two great-grandsons: Liam and Charlie; sister Virginia (the late Edward) Palus of Fullerton, CA; sister-in-law Jordis Bednar of Brookfield, IL; and many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two brothers: Sylvester (Marian) and Jerome. Mass 10 AM Friday April 12, 2013 at St. Peter Church, 557 Lake St. Antioch, IL 60002. Interment in Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, Elwood, IL. Visitation 4PM until 8PM Thursday at the STRANG FUNERAL HOME 1055 Main St. (Rte. 83) Antioch, IL 60002.
