Dear Rick, Christine and Anne Marie,
I spoke with Rick Bicknell yesterday and was informed of Mary's passing. I cannot express how shocked I was. The last contact I had from her was at the end of last year. I had since attempted to contact her to see how she was doing and now I understand why I did not hear from her.
My thoughts and rememberances of Mary are ALL wonderful. If it were not for her inspiration, I do not feel I would be where I am at right now. I not only admired her business sense, but more importantly her depth of spirituality and strength of belief for our Blessed Mother and her son Jesus. It seemed that most of our business meetings would inevitably tangent off into our families and our faith. She strengthened my belief and knowledge of our shared Catholic faith continuously. She was truly a friend I will miss.
My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family and with Mary. Heaven is a richer place with her there.
My deepest condolences,
Jim Derrico

Dear Rick, Christine, and Anne Marie,
I'm so very sorry to hear of your loss. I worked with Mary years ago at Pride. She had such a rare and wonderful vitality and spirit. She was always so full of life and such a joy to be around. And she taught me so much. I will always remember her.

Dear Rick, Christine and Anne Marie, and to all of Mary’s relatives and friends,
Divine Providence in Its infinite wisdom and goodness arranges that we meet in life those who will aid in forming our souls into that image that God wishes for it. Mary, using the supernatural graces God gave her, cooperated with Him in all her dealings with the people whom she encountered so that as His instrument of charity, she touched us all profoundly. The nobility of her heart moved her to a greater generosity of self and a higher order of discipline. I was blessed to have for a sister-in-law such an extraordinary lady and I will carry all the days of my life the happiness of having known, loved and admired her, and endeavor to follow that excellent example she gave me of a true sister and faithful Catholic of Christ Jesus Our Lord so that the relationship that she had with me bear the fruit that God has wished for from all eternity. May the loving labors she did so cheerfully here below bestow on her now forever the crown of victory, the peace of the household of the heavenly and the light of eternal brightness.
God grant you that bliss you so well deserved, dear Mary! Your sister-in-law, Jeanne

Dear Rick, Christine and Anne Marie, and to all of Mary’s relatives and friends,
I thank Almighty God for making Mary’s soul so beautiful. I thank the Blessed Virgin Mary for her special care of Mary throughout her life. I thank dear St. Joseph for the special favors and comfort he provided to Mary as the end of her life drew near.
I thank all of Mary’s family, relatives and friends – her “prayer army” – for all the prayers and Masses they offered on her behalf and for all the many acts of kindness they provided throughout her illness.
I am grateful that Mary was blessed with a wonderful husband and two wonderful daughters, who all loved her very much, and that Mary was loved as much by Rick’s family as she was by her own.
I am grateful for a beautiful and loving sister who had the gift of making those whom she came in contact with feel special. And that gift made Mary very special.
Please pray for Mary and please pray for Rick, Christine and Anne Marie, and all her family and friends, who will miss her very much.
Uniting with Mary in the Sorrowful and Immaculate Heart of Our Most Holy Mother, I remain faithfully, her loving brother, Steve

Rick and girls...
I have plenty of wonderful memories of Mary from all those summers I spent in Miami at the Kenney house. She truly was first class.
Mom, who dearly loved Mary, was so upset. The week of her death, she and I said many rosaries for Mary, but mom went into warp drive. She prayed ENDLESSLY... ALL DAY, THE ENTIRE WEEK! But you know, I don't think they were needed... Mary lived a great life. There's no question where she is.
I'm sure Uncle Dick and my dad are giving her the grand tour up there. First stop, Padre Pio.
We continue to pray for you and the girls. We could never feel the pain as deeply as you do, so our prayers now are for your peace and acceptance.
We will ALL miss Mary. Every time I spoke to her, she just had a way of perking everything up and make you happy.
Stay in touch. Aunt Rita sends her love.

Rick and Family, We are so very sorry for your loss. Mary was a lovely lady and we enjoyed knowing her. We remember meeting Mary with Pride Institute, where her knowledge and guidance were awesome. It was fun seeing her often in Chicago since that time. Stan particularly appreciated that Mary was a speaker for him for the ADA meeting in Philadelphia in 2005. We will miss her smiling face and graciousness. We will keep you and your family in our thoughts and prayers. Sincerely, Stan & Syd HIte

To Rick and girls,
I met Mary a year ago, when she sought my help for what we initially thought was a simple digestive issue. Though I met her only a few times, she impressed me with her great spirit, pluck and deep abiding faith.
May you be comforted with fond memories and in knowing she is enjoying her new life with God.
