(Nee Axelman) Thursday, May 26, 2016, of Fox Point. Loving wife of the late, Harold A. "Hersh" Rand. Adoring mother of Debra (the late Jerry) Rand Feldman and Candis (Tim) Rand Flagstad. Dearest "Nanie" of Haley Alexandra Rand Flagstad and the late Michael Rand Feldman. Preceded in death by her sister and brother-in-law Edythe Gale (Mort) Ex. Adoring aunt of Rickey (the late Fred) Greenberg, Mitchel (Merri) Ex and great-aunt of Lisa (David) Roseman, Tracey (Bobby) Parizek, Abby Ex and Nina Ex. Also preceded in death by all her precious puppies. To her wonderful angels- we will forever be grateful- Michelle, Jodelle, Donna, Alyssa, and Rita. Toot was a 25 year docent at the Milwaukee Art Museum. She was actively involved in community theater in Illinois and Wisconsin. Toot was an amazing cook who loved to host parties at her home. Ilene G. Reiff, née Greenwald, 81, loving wife of 26 years to Sidney Reiff. Residents of Sun Lakes, AZ for the last 7 years and Valley Cottage, NY prior to that. Born to Pearl and Samuel Greenwald in Chicago, IL. She is survived by her twin daughters, Laurie Fantus(Stephen)Laser and Linda Fantus Channick(Craig Taffel). Step-mother to Marcia(Alan)Whitcomb. Loving grandmother of Elliot and Dana Small, Melissa Channick and the late Sarah Channick, Christopher(Christi)Whitcomb and Hannah Whitcomb. Loving sister to Frances (the late Franklin) Horwich and Ruth (Morris) Beschloss. Ilene's passion was working for the American ORT Federation as a field director and fund raiser for its network of schools and programs in the United States, Israel and the developing world. She retired in 2006. A memorial service was held privately. Memorial donations may be made to the Sarah Channick Memorial Scholarship Fund, Deerfield High School, 1959 N. Waukegan Rd., Deerfield, IL 60015.

Reynolds, Madeline - Plainfield  
Madeline Reynolds, age 83, a longtime resident of the Carillon of Plainfield, passed away peacefully on May 26, 2016. She was born May 28, 1932 in Chicago. Madeline is survived by her loving children, Michael (Kim Morris) Reynolds and Cathleen (Tara) Reynolds; her cherished grandchildren, Robert (Mary) and Charles, Andre, Ashley and Emily and great-grandchildren, Eszaila, Jekai and Emaira; as well as her nephew, Tommy Dalsanto. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, John J. "Jack" Reynolds; her son, John J. "Jackie" (MaryLou) Reynolds; her sister, Lena Jardine and brother, Anthony Rossi; and her nephews, Johnny (Barb) Dalsanto and Anthony Dalsanto. For those who would like to leave a lasting tribute to Madeline's life, memorial donations to Residential Hospice would be greatly appreciated. Mark J. Roberts, age 64, passed away peacefully May 24th, 2016. He was the beloved husband Diane (nee Bartowski) Roberts; cherished father of: Timothy (Megan) Roberts and Christopher (Sara) Roberts. Treasured grandfather of: Claire, Elizabeth, and Emmett. Devoted brother of: Monica Roberts and Michael Roberts. Loving brother in law of: Pam (Daniel) Pullen. Proud grandmother of Jeff (Kate), David (Chrissy), Kaitlin (Enrique) Armenta, Jerry III, Elizabeth Lecky, Jennifer (Jacques) Lahoud, Eva Marie & Charlie. Special great grandmother of Rose, Emmett, Mateo and Dahlia. Elizabeth was the only daughter and last survivor of the original C.J. Vitner family. She resided in Orland Park for 20 years.
