Dear George,Bernie,Karl,and Lucy,
I had one of those ESP flashes at work tonight, that told me to look in the paper, for I would find someone I knew there. It saddened me to read about your Mother. Your Dad and Mom were like second family to me in my early years. Your Dad called me Rudolph, for the raindeer. And your Mom and Lucy were about the last of the neighbors to leave our Street. I hardly know any of the neighbors now. It's not like it used to be. I am still here, and intend to stay. Please accept my deepest sympathy, as it touched me to my heart.

Karl, my condolences for the passing of your mother. No matter what the circumstances it is always difficult to cope with the loss and the empty place in your life. Your father was my first cousin once removed. His aunt was my Grandmother. I would be interested in establishing contact with you. Having lost my mother, 14 years ago, I share your loss.
