So sorry for your loss. Phil was a great doctor. I remember the day we spent driving around Iowa City looking at apartments when he first moved to town. May he rest in peace.

My heart goes out to all the Butlers. I taught Phil at Park Junior High and he was a remarkably bright young man, He was athletic, kind-spirited, and fun to be around. May he rest in peace. Luke Atwood
