Robert John Harazin, of Western Springs, U. S. Army Air Corps WWII Veteran. Beloved husband of the late Mary, nee Ryan. Loving father of Robert (Ann), Thomas (Shirley), William (Becky), Maureen, Dr. James (Nancy), Margaret (Fred Sato) and Timothy (Diane). Devoted grandfather of Robert, Patrick, Kathleen, Andrew, Christina, Jennifer and Michael Harazin, Ethan and Ryan Sato. Dear brother of the late Joseph (late Louise), the late Raymond (late Mary) and Marie (late Erwin) Scheive. Fond uncle of many. Visitation 3 to 9pm Thursday, Jan. 24 at HALLOWELL & JAMES FUNERAL HOME, 1025 W. 55th St., Countryside. Prayers 9:15 am, Friday, Jan. 25 at the funeral home to St. John of the Cross Catholic Church, Western Springs for Mass at 9:45 am. Interment Queen of Heaven Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials to St. Vincent de Paul Society appreciated. Robert was a Eucharistic Minister at St. John of the Cross Church for many years. Funeral home phone 708/352-6500. So sorry to hear of the passing of Mr Harazin. My father worked with him at Western Electric many years and spoke very highly of him. He was a wonderful man!
