Dear Pat,
Bob was one of my favorite people in the real estate business. He was a pleasure to work with and I always enjoyed my visits with him. He had his own style, a gracious balance of personable persistence. I grew to trust his judgement and integrity.
He will be missed.
Sincerely,
John McCarty
