I do continue to think of Don, always very fondly. He was a good friend, a loyal co-U.M. alum, a good law partner. Thanks for sending this reminder of him. It brought back good memories.

Dear Barbara: I was very sad to learn of Don's passing. As a fraternity brother, fellow classmate at U of M and Harvard Law School, he was always friendly, accessible and helpful. I was at your wedding. You were a wonderful couple. Don was genuinely brilliant and carried it modestly. He was a happy and complete man, one of the best men I have known. I am sorry for your loss.

In these most recent years, he bore his illness with the courage and sense of humor that was so characteristic of him. All of us will miss him very much.

Begin your Guest Book entry here. I remember Don as one very good man and very good lawyer. We had several lunches some years ago and it did not take me long to remember why I always liked and admired him. Barbara, I will take you back many years , but I still remember how much fun your and Don's U of M vs OSU parties were. I am so sorry. Alan Borlack (Chicago, IL)
