Linda Kozer, nee Levin, age 49, beloved wife and best friend for 14 years of Keith; loving and adored mother of Lindsey (fiancé Michael Freling) Natenberg and Jacob Kozer; devoted daughter of Sharon Pollak and the late Howard H. Levin; cherished sister of Ellen (Ozzie) Levin, Andy (Karen) Levin, Robert (Dina) Levin and Marianne (Evan) Zemil; treasured daughter-in-law of Marlene and Sy Kozer; dear sister-in-law of Karen (Marc) Schwartz; proud aunt of Zach, Rachel, Michael and Nikki; "adopted mother and grandmother" of Blackie, Prince, Tinkerbell and George. Service Tuesday, 2 p.m. at The Chapel, 195 N. Buffalo Grove Rd., Buffalo Grove (1 blk N. of Lake Cook Rd.). Interment Private. Linda was a volunteer with the American Cancer Society, she touched many lives with her kindness and caring nature. Linda and I were classmates at National Louis. We graduated together, laughed a lot, and shared our personal cancer stories. I am so saddened to hear of your loss. May you find strength in your memories of her. She loved life. Her smile was infectious! And her family was her #1 priority.

Your family is in my thoughts and prayers. I, too, was lucky enough to spend time with Linda at the Breast Cancer Recovery retreat. She struck me as such a soulful individual who was always filled with good cheer and positive energy. I will miss her.

My daughter .. Vicki Shiner Kohn informed me of Linda's passing.l am so very sorry and only have the fondest memories of this darling girl who lived next door to us on Heather Lane.. My sincere condolences to all the Levin Family.. I spend winters in Scottsdale az. and have been widowed for 3 years now.. Mort and I remember all the Levin Children with happy times as neighbors.. fondly sonny shiner....

We are so saddened by the passing of our beloved Linda. She was so vivacious and such a caring and gentle soul. We will miss her so very much. My prayers are with you Keith, Lindsey and Jacob. I knew Linda only a short time as I too am a volunteer with the American Cancer Society. She was an amazing woman with her kind and gentle ways. She put so many people at ease with their situations. She will be truly missed.
