Beloved husband of Irene Helfrich, nee Zelenka and the late Genevieve Helfrich, nee Nichols; fond father of Judy (Rusty) Mellen, John (Laura) Helfrich, James (Lynn) Helfrich and Jackie (the late Thomas) Mueller; fond grandfather of Thomas Mueller, Cody Mueller, Kimberly Helfrich, Meryl Helfrich, Kevin Helfrich, Brian Helfrich, Pearl Helfrich and Marion Mellen; great grandfather of Abbie, Matthew, Gracie, Isabella, Kai and Guilianna; uncle of many nieces and nephews.
