Louise A. CARLSON

Louise A. Carlson, age 91; a longtime resident of LaGrange, IL. Beloved wife of the late Clemens V. Carlson; loving mother of Patricia (John) Janas, Gary Carlson, and Curt (Joyce) Carlson; dear grandmother of Mark and Todd Janas, and Nick and Danielle Vovos; fond sister of the late Roger Palmer; aunt and friend of many. Louise had many passions in life: raising and spending time with her family; traveling in the U.S. and abroad; volunteering at Christ Church in Oak Brook, Adventist LaGrange Memorial Hospital, and Brookfield Zoo; going to sports events - especially the Bulls and the White Sox; attending plays and symphonies; spending time with her grandchildren; and sharing her home and lap with her many cats throughout the years. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her. Visitation Tuesday, 3 to 9 pm, at Hallowell and James Funeral Home, 1025 W. 55th St., Countryside. Memorial service Wednesday, 2 pm, Dole Hall at Plymouth Place, 315 N. LaGrange Rd., LaGrange Park. Interment at Arlington Cemetery held privately.
