Antoinette "Cal" or "Honey" Connolly, passed away peacefully on January 18, 2015 at her home in Highland Park surrounded by loved ones, including her devoted husband of 61 years, John E. "Jack" Connolly. Antoinette was born in Chicago on September 13, 1927 to Joseph and Lena Caliva. Her two older siblings, Victoria (Will) Brauer and Michael ("Pat") Caliva preceded her in death. She is survived by her sister-in-law "Pat" Caliva, brother-in-law Robert (Kathryn) Connolly, many loving nieces and nephews, and a caring team of coworkers at Misericordia Home, where she headed the department of human resources for many years. A memorial service celebrating her life will take place at Misericordia on a future date. In lieu of flowers, donations appreciated to Misericordia Home, 6300 N. Ridge Ave., Chicago, IL 60660.
