Beatrice Simkovich nee Moskovich, 88. Beloved wife of the late Jack Simkovich. Loving mother of Edith (Michael) Cohen, Rabbi Marvin/Moshe (Laurel) Simkovich and Anita (Brian) Adler. Proud grandmother of Jonathan (Melanie Pauls) Cohen, Benjamin (Aurélia) Cohen, Adam Cohen, Aaron (Malka) Simkovich, Shoshana (Elyakim) Deutsch, Elisha (Rebecca) Simkovich and Yaakov Simkovich, Jonah and Rebecca Adler. Cherished great grandmother of Emile, Yonatan, Hadar, Ayelet, Maya, Levi, Netanel and Emunah. Beatrice was a Holocaust survivor and former owner of North Shore Kosher Bakery. Service Wednesday 1PM at Chicago Jewish Funerals, 195 N. Buffalo Grove Road (one block north of Lake Cook Road), Buffalo Grove. Interment Shalom.
