Dear Alyce

Please accept my deepest condolences. It was both an honor and privilege to have had the opportunity to serve with Dennis as a Motorcycle Instructor.
I will always remember the fun that we had when we worked together.

May his spirit live on in those he taught to ride.

Dear Mrs. Wegener:

On behalf of the Blue Knights Great Lakes Conference, I wish to convey our deepest sympathy to you upon the death of your husband, Dennis.

During Dennis’s many years of Blue Knights membership, he distinguished himself among his friends with his pleasant, enthusiastic manner and continuing high quality performance. He was a valued member of our Law Enforcement Motorcycle Club, and you can be justly proud of his contributions. It would be difficult to measure the impact he has had on the many people’s lives he touched, personally and professionally. His friends will remember him with respect and admiration and he will be missed by all.

I extend my condolences to you and your family. I hope that time and memories will help lessen the burden of your sorrow, and that you may draw some measure of comfort knowing that others care and share in your loss.

Sincerely,

Rev. Rich Bartley

Alyce, our condolences to you and your family. I have many fond memories of Denny; having worked with him in District 4 for many years. The little red scooter he bought when he decided to learn to ride a motorcycle. I know he enjoyed his many experiences with the Blue Knights. We will keep you in our prayers.

Mrs. Wegener, Jeff, Dan and Dennis,
I was so sorry to hear of Mr. Wegner's passing. The last time I saw him I knew he was not doing good but it still comes as a surprise. It seems like the end of an era on Nashville Street. I will miss screaming to him from my mom & dad's backyard whenever I would visit. You will all be in my thoughts and prayers. I know Mr. Wegener is riding a Gold Wing at Car Craft Nationals right now : )
Love,
Patty Tyrner-Moore

Taken From Me
I'm sitting here in my room, looking at your picture.
Wondering why you couldn't be a part of my future.
Uncontrollable tears stream down my face,
while my heart beat starts to race.
Asking god why he took you from my life,
it was more painful than stabbing me in the heart with a knife.
I still needed you here
you were the one to make everything so clear.
you are apart of me and I am apart of you
when you died a part of me died too.
I never knew how hard it was to loose someone you love
until the day you went to heaven above.
Even though I can't see,
I know your up there watching over me.
I miss you more and more everyday
and all I can do is pray.
In my heart you shall forever remain

Our Hearts and Prayers are with you
