April,
Dennis brought joy into the lives of many. He was an incredibly positive influence in my life and career. He made us laugh and taught us to not take ourselves too seriously. We will miss him!

April,
I am so sorry to hear of your loss. Dennis was loved more than I can say by all the members of the old HIPS team. For all the time we spent together, he was more often than not the highlight of each day. I certainly echo Jim Szuderek's comments.
Dennis was also one of the most creative people in that whole organization, and played such a key role in it's success. In my mind I knew someday I would get to AZ and "have some brewski's" with Dennis. I regret so much that I waited too long, for he truly had a special place in my heart. I wanted him to tell me the "Basketball Jones" story for the 100th time, and make me laugh like nobody else. Bless you and your family, and know that he greatly enriched many, many lives. He will always be remembered.
