We still miss Don and his joking with us and eating with us in fellowship and love. The times he came to our house and the way he showed his appreciation was so very memorial and heartfelt and his going away dinner at his house and sending us home with more than enough.

yes we think of him often as we celebrated our birthdays together and last time was at CC Broilers and he didn't know we were in the other room but took him a card by as he and Chris I think were just coming from there and had to laugh about doing the same thing. Then went to his party for going away and were served a delicious meal he planned and had servers and everything perfectly done in his living room. We have lots of fond memories we had with he and Rosie and took them out to see the beautiful Christmas lights around town one Christmas after eating out of course. Had them over to eat with us a few times and he brought me flowers or chocolate covered strawberries so always got rewarded for trying to return the many favors.

Barbara and I cherish the memory of 60 years of friendship
with Don, our brother-in-law. We shared many joys and sorrows together, and though often far apart in distance, we were always family. He and Rosemary are together again as young as they were in Park Ridge in those distant days...peace to his memory and love and condolences to his children, and their children
I add a picture, the only one I could find where Don wasn't behind the camera..here he is in the picture, behind some of the family and smiling as ever..
