Francis Spiess, age 84, of Carol Stream former longtime resident of Geneva, beloved husband of 44 years of Madeline, nee Teppert; dear brother of Anna (Robert) Lubke and the late Lorenz Spiess; fond uncle of many. Visitation Friday, 3 to 8 p.m. at the Malone Funeral Home, 324 E. State St. (Rt. 38) Geneva. Prayers Saturday 9:30 a.m. from the chapel to St. Peter Catholic Church, 1891 Kaneville Rd. Geneva for Mass at 10:30 a.m. Interment West Batavia Cemetery. Memorials to CNS Hospice 690 E. North Ave. Carol Stream, IL. 60188 appreciated. Information 630- 232-8233.
