JEANNE NESTOR Obituary

Jeanne V. Nestor, age 82, Flossmoor, passed away peacefully March 31, 2011. She was born on October 22, 1928 to Dillon and Margaret (San Fellipo) O'Neil in Chicago. Jeanne married Dr. Allan Nestor on April 3, 1948 and together they raised their four children in Oak Lawn. She is survived by her children, Pamela (Robert) Crawford of Westfield, WI, Jan (James) Nickas of Palos Park, Gail (Thomas) Loo of Flossmoor and David (Andrea) of Geneva. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Erin (Ben), Michael (Cathy), Jim, Jeffrey, John, Abby (Jen), Grant, Marcus, Katie and Sean. Jeanne is further survived by her brother, Phillip O'Neil; and sister, Patricia Parker; as well as very dear friends, Dr. C. Robert Parker, Beth Cooney, and Maria Nestor. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband and brother Richard O'Neil. A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, April 6, 2011 at 10 a.m. at Our Lady of the Woods Catholic Church, Orland Park. Visitation will be held from 9 a.m. until the hour of service at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the American Cancer Society.
