I miss You so much ...forever in my

May God be with you

Great actor to a favorite movie I cherish forever

Great actor, perfect Gilbert. Never met you. But you are so missed by me and so many others. Hope you rest in peace. You touched so many hearts. You will never be forgotten.

I sincerely did not know that Jonathan Crombie had died, such a huge loss to all.
I remember happy times spent with my daughter watching all that was ' Anne of Green Gables'
Simply, 'Our Gilbert' Thank You.
You'll never be forgotten.
You will live on in our memory's always.

Currently watching the whole series again with my mom. Now 35, I have watched these movies with such love and adoration since I was a very young child. No other movies make me laugh and cry with such nostalgia. Your patience and love for Anne give me hope I too will find the perfect romance someday. It´s been a few years now since you passed, but I know you´re resting easy in heaven. Thank you for what you brought to this world. RIP, Jonathan

He will forever be the first example of what a good man worth loving looked like and acted like and although it was just through a roll he played in my childhood favorite movies it shaped me in a way I will forever be grateful for. My condolences.

Wonderful memories of a fine actor, my 3 daughters grew up watching Anne and Gilbert's blossoming romance and Fallings out also. Now our grandchildren are equally enamoured by all these fine actors. We never get tired of them. Rest in peace in the arms of the angels beautiful man Jonathan. Taken way too soon. Marie from Ireland

Sweet Jonathan, he was my crush when I saw him in Anne of Green Gables as Gilbert. Nobody could have played him better, he seemed like such a lovely guy. Gone too soon but not forgotten by fans around the world. May he Rest In Peace.
