Powers, beloved husband of the late Rhoda; loving father of Bob (Annette), Jim (Beth), John (Jane), Dan and the late Tommy Powers; proud grandfather of Ian, Hannah, Claire, Yvonna, Lukas and Isabel. Funeral Friday, 9 a.m. from Blake-Lamb Funeral Home, 4727 W. 103rd St., Oak Lawn to St. Catherine of Alexandria Church Mass 9:45 a.m. Interment Fairmont Willow Hills. Visitation Thursday, 3 to 9 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation would be appreciated. Info: 708-636-1193.

To Bob, Jim John and Dan, I'm so sorry I can't be there. I loved him so much and he will be missed. He was the best.I'll never forget all the family parties at your house nor the time I fell off the bike.
