My condolences to Cardella and Oskorep families. Seeing Mike and Patty at the store was a bright spot in my week. I still drive by almost daily in my travels and look in the window and see all the memories.

Patty always had a smile on her face and always had something good to say. Something about her kids to brag about. especially Nick and his baseball.

She was one of the strongest people I ever knew. Brave in the face of the cancer that took her too soon. Fighting for one more treatment. One more day with her family.

From the Bleadon family, our prayers and memories will always be with you.

My heart goes out to the family of this valiant woman. Our family had been going to Armen's Cleaners since the early '60's and before that my in-laws were customers so I watched Patty and Mike grow up, helping their Dad, Carl, and then taking over the business. To say I miss Armen's Cleaners is an understatement because you were not just customers but you felt like a family.
Patty was a sweet ball of fire and the bravest woman I know. God has blessed us all for having known her.

My heart goes out to the family of this valiant woman. Our family had been going to Armen's Cleaners since the early '60's and before that, my in-laws were customers so I watched both Patty and Mike grow up, helping their Dad, Carl in the store and then taking over. To say I miss going to Armen's and seeing the two of them is an understatement.

My sincerest sympathy and condolences to Pattys family. A brave lady who fought the battle with with gritty determination and dignity.
I was a long time customer at Armens and have the same passions for Chicago Sports as she did. My birthday is 7/27 so I will always remember her. It's hard to forget the brave.

Heroes in this world are known for their bravery, courage, and perseverance. With Patty's passing, we all lost a hero. What she left behind were memories filled with joy and laughter along with a road map to happiness for each of us to follow. Thank you Patty for touching our lives.

My condolences to patty's family. I knew patty from Armens cleaners. When she first found out she had this awful cancer she was always so strong and optimistic and ready to beat it. As this cancer was getting worse patty every time I would see her always had a smile on her face for her children and family. Last year my sister was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and I freaked out and reached out to patty. At the time I really didn't know why I messaged patty but now I do. It's because of how patty was as far as her attitude. When I told patty I I'm crying all the time. She answered me saying I'm sorry that your sister is sick but STOP crying and help her to get her through i it. As soon as she told me that I shaped up and took her advice. I wasn't a lifelong friend of partty's but more of an acquaintance but when I heard she passed away it hurt me so bad and I cried with my husband. May she rest in peace ....she was really the strongest most petite woman I have ever know. I am out of the country and feel terrible I couldn't attend the funeral. Karen fingerhut

So very sorry for your loss. I have very fond memories of Patty when I used to come into Armens as a little girl with my mom Debbie Wilner to drop off and pick up our cleaning. Both Patty and Michael were so lovely and warm and always friendly. They treated us like family. In recent years I connected with Patty on Facebook. She was so sweet and will absolutely be missed.
