PHILLIP HIRSH Obituary
Philip Jackson "Jack" Hirsh, 94, retired Vice President of Jackson-Hirsh, Inc. in Northbrook; World War II Army Veteran; passed away peacefully Dec. 8, 2011. Dearest husband of 34 years to the late Mary Ellen Hirsh (nee Brunenkant); loving father of Tom (Sheila Schaeffer) Hirsh of Wilmette; Martha Hirsh (partner Bill Roth) Cameron of Chicago; and the late Neal Hirsh; proud and loving grandfather of Hartley, Nell and Willa Voss and Christopher and Susie Hirsh; fond uncle of Jim (Danuta) Brunenkant and others. Memorial service with Military Honors, Friday, Dec. 23, 10:30 a.m. at St. Paul's House, 3800 N. California, Chicago, IL 60618, 773-478-4222. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Paul's House. Arrangements by Cremation Society of Illinois, 773-281-5058 or www.cremation-society.com.
