Samuel Lee Obituary

Samuel Lee, Th.D. Litt.D., 70, called by God and dedicated his entire life for Bible Korea and world mission as a student evangelist and shepherd in University Bible Fellowship; went to the Kingdom of God January 8, 2002, at 12:50 p.m. His life key verse was Eph. 2:10: ''For we are God's workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.'' He is survived by his loving wife, Grace; son, Dr. Samuel A. (Grace Sun) Lee; daughters, Grace (Paul M.D.) Koh and Sara (Dr. Charles) Kim; and grandchildren, Abraham Kim, Sam Lee, Charles Kim, Andrew Lee, Mary Koh, Sarah Kim and Faith Koh. Funeral will be held at University Bible Fellowship Church, 6558 N. Artesian Ave., Chicago, IL, Saturday, January 12, 11 a.m. Interment Ridgewood Cemetery and Mausoleum, Des Plaines, IL.

Dr. Lee has been my spiritual father. I thank God for his great love for God and his word. Thank God also for his father's heart and love for many broken hearted people including myself. He will be very much missed by all of us. May God honour him and complete the good work he has begun through him.
