Spirro John Carres. Beloved husband of the late Evalyne "Bunny" Carres, nee Kokoris; loving father of Patti (Glenn) Paule-Carres and the late Ted Carres; proud grandfather of Larissa (Andrew) Sneathern, Philip and Michael
Paule-Carres; great-grandfather of Jackson and Dylan Sneathern; dear brother of the late Helen (the late James) Metropoulos; fond uncle of Tony and John Podesta. Spirro was a US Army Veteran and worked at Montgomery Ward for over 40 years. Family and friends will meet Wednesday morning at St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church 2727 W. Winona St. Chicago, for visitation from 10 a.m. until time of funeral service at 10:30 a.m. Entombment Elmwood Cemetery. Kindly omit flowers.
