Rudolph Haas, age 92, beloved husband of the late Helen, nee O'Connor; loving father of
Donald; dearest grandfather of Michael (Renee), Donald (April) and Kelly (Bill) Moser; great-grandfather of Christian, Tyler, Jeremy, Johnathan,
Joshua, Halee, Ella, Nickolas and Riley; devoted son of the late Frank and Susanna, nee Little, Haas; dearest brother of the late Frank and Marie (the late James)
Blackstone; fond uncle of many nieces and nephews. Veteran U.S. Marine Corps, 1934-1937, being one of the original China Marines in Nanking and Shanghai, U.S.
Army 1940-1941, served as an armed guard at the U.S. Ordinance Center in Kankakee in W.W.II. Retired member of the Teamsters Union Local #705, a lifelong White Sox fan. Enjoyed family gatherings and time spent fishing at his summer home in Lake Shannon. He never missed a chance to talk about his cat "Bab's" or his dog "Maverick". A wonderful man and father and he will be greatly missed. Resting at Thomas McInerney's Sons Funeral Home, 7901 S. Komensky Ave., where Funeral Services will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. Visitation Friday 6 p.m. to 9 p. m. Interment Holy Sepulcher Cemetery.

He and your Mother were good neighbors to my parents on Avers.

Uncle Rudy,
I will always miss seeing you at all the family party's. I will always think about how much you love to play hores shoes. I know you are with your beloved Dove and that is where you have wanted to be for sometime. But for the rest of us we will miss you much.
