I am so sorry to hear of Bob's passing. He was the inspiration to take up music as a profession, mainly because of his infectious joy when playing. Rest in Peace.

Bob and I grew up together and the last time I saw Bob was at our 40th High School reunion. Bob was a very warm and wonderful person, very talented as well. He knew everyone and gave everyone his time and thoughtfulness. I have many fond memories of Bob. He was not well at the 40th, and I am so thankful he had such good friends like Carol and Jenny at the end of his life. You two ladies were his angels. Thank you for loving him. I will miss Bob so much at the next GBS reunion

Bob was a great guy. He had so many terrific stories! I thought of him as Mr. Glenview. He knew so many people well. That's because he was such an easygoing good-humored guy. People were glad to talk to him. I can't believe he's gone, although he had been having health problems for years. He was a great guitar player and singer. We talked about getting a few songs together and taking 'em over to Grandpa's on open mike night, but we never did it. It's sad. The last time I talked to him he was his usual cheerful clever quick-witted self, who'd get you laughing no matter what mood you were in. He still seemed to have lots of life in him. The crazy stories he had, true stories! It's too bad he's gone. God bless his soul.
