Dear Mo and Family,

I am absolutely devastated to hear this horrible news about Ryan. He always reminded me of my son, Billy, that cute face of his and his touch of naughty made him one of my favorites. I can see by his photo that he grew up still having that cute face. Ryan's photo is still in our front office at Disney. I consider your family to still be a part of Disney and, therefore, we share in your loss. May your memories wash over you as you struggle through these difficult times. Love, Kathy Hagstrom

Dearest Mo, Pat, Joey, Tim and all the Harkin Family,

Emebet, Danielle, Sara and I wish to extend our deepest sympathy to you for the tragic loss of your son, Ryan. Although we may have been out of touch for such a long time, you have never been far from our thoughts and memories. Now you are in our prayers also.

We pray that you find the strength to go on with your lives carrying with you only the happiest of memories of Ryan's all too brief time with you.

We pray that you do not ask yourself the usual questions like why or how too often, for that is a futile pursuit.

We pray that, in time, you find ease for the tremendous pain that now dwells in your hearts.

And we pray that peace may quickly find its way to your door.

Sincerely,
Mike, Emma, Danielle, and Sara O'Donoghue.

December 10, 2013

My deepest sympathy goes out to this family. They never knew me, but I exchanged words once with Ryan when we were 14 or 15. That was 8 years ago and I've never forgotten how nice he was, how welcoming his smile was, or how genuinely interested he was in helping me that day. Everyone, especially those who hadn't the pleasure of meeting him yet, has lost a great soul. I hope you find solace in knowing that nobody will forget him. Even those who only knew him for 2 minutes.
