Hi Keith!
I have been unable to post something here because like you I get too emotional and it's hard to type when you are crying. I've tried for four years but now it is getting better. I still miss you and go to my cell phone to call you. I have your photo on my phone so whenever I turn my phone on I see your smiling face. I remember the times you would get so upset when trying to learn the computer. You would call me and I'd tell you it was almost impossible to do things over the phone and that we would have to get together or you would have to take a class. You learned little by little and caught on enough to be dangerous. Lol. I was surprised at the patience you were able to harness. Rest in peace baby brother. I pray you and Rogelio are playing games and getting together with other friends in Heaven. Love you more than you know. Don't let your gas tank get empty. Lol

Keith, you are sorely missed. You cross my mind so often, and it's hard to believe that you are no longer here. I believe that you were a Believer and are now with Christ in Heaven and pain free. It was so much fun for the four of us to get together on each of our birthdays or other times to play cards and Mexican Train. You could say the funniest things and have us all in stitches for the longest time. You are a loving, caring, sensitive person. You are missed dear friend.

My dear sweet friend. I always called you my Keifers. You and I had so much fun walking on the beach, bowling, going out for lunch or dinners), going places, seeing movies and all sorts of things. You, Stan and I were the 3 Amigos. Our Alaska cruise was so much fun and we were looking so forward to our upcoming cruise to Panama. I loved having you come and watch Formula 1 racing with me but I think you loved my martinis more. We Amigos would play cards for endless hours - up to 12. You always said you loved to hear me laugh. Well, I miss your laughs. It seemed we would laugh at nothing and just laugh and laugh. I will miss our long talks about animals and just everything. Our love for sports was an endless conversation (especially baseball). You loved it when I would ask you questions. You were such a sweet and sensitive man my sweet friend. When you were in the hospital, I would sing "You are my sunshine." Well, you still are my sunshine and although I still have many tears because you are gone, I know that you are no longer in pain and are so happy with our Lord and Savior. I will see you someday my sweet Keifers and know that I love you.

Well Keith, this Saturday another obituary will appear for you in the Chicago Tribune were you grew up. Writing and posting your obituaries was the hardest thing I ever did, but rest assured that I will take care of your pets and all your wishes exactly as you requested in your will.
My beloved brother you fought a good fight, never a quitter, always a hard playing, hard working man. Contributing to so many charitable organizations, helping the needs of man and animal alike. So glad you got to do the things you desired in retirement, fixing up the house, your car and gardening. Growing up, and living together for the last 33 years provided for a deep close bond that saw us thru sickness & health, sad times, happy times, and mad times but overall the best of times because we always had each others back and so much love and respect for each other. The highest praise to God, the creator and enabler of all, for giving us these days on Earth together. You are always with me in spirit, like the sands in an hour glass they must run out. Every grain a memory, looking forward to hanging out and playing in the eternal sand with you. Molly & Lucky send you purr's of love. Every day after your surgeries you would kiss me and say "I love you, more than you know!" After saying that back and forth many times we would smile cause there really weren't any words you could say to express it better. I will miss hearing you say that! Rest in peace my brother
Your heart-broke sister, Noreen.

My condolences on the loss of your brother Keith, he will be sorely missed by his family. He was a charming nice man the only time I ever met him was in his happy backyard watching all his favorite cats. A very pleasant soft spoken guy. I'm from the old neighborhood and knew his sister Noreen Davis. We were good buddies and never had the chance to know Keith until late in life when I move to California and rekindled my friendship with Noreen Keith's loving sister. So long good and faithful Marine an honorable soldier and brother that was you. Sincere regrets on your passing.

Uncle Keith, you have always been in my life! Their is a whole now because your gone. I know we will run into each other again though. You've always been my favorit uncle! I wouldn't have had it any other way than to have you walk me down the wedding isle. I am so glad you did. You are like the only dad I could of ever had to experience in this life. So many memories and now all I can do is remember you and smile.
I love your big heart, the way you would get all mushy on us! My mom always said you took that from Grandma's side. You have always been a party in a human bottle! Ha ha! You lived your life the way you wanted to and enjoyed it. You took trips, partied, stayed up late, fished & lied about how big it was... and played cards and lets not tell all about the Casinos'! I will cherish all the memories we have made together.
As a little girl you would raise me up to the ceiling just so I could touch it. You where my elevator, the strong man in my life, the man who never married yet sacrificed time and energy to keep a home with my mom so that I wouldn't have to bounce around from place to place. Insert tears here...:(
I'll miss hearing all those crazy characters you copied from various movies! Three times you burned something with acid! lol! I think it was fingers lol! You will be missed more than you know and you will be remembered with lots of love. My children never thought of you as an great uncle but as a grandpa! They miss you so much. You left your mark on there hearts too.
I will always remember you sitting in your favorite chair in the backyard, in the sun, and of course always in the garden enjoying life and gentle breezes.
Life is so short, we didn't see this coming, yet God carried you away to an even better place. I am so glad your not hurting anymore. In the arms of Jesus is no betterr place be. Until we meet up again we will always have...Buh-Huh! lol!
Love your niece,

It's still hard to believe you are gone. I'm so glad I got to see you a few times over the last several years. It meant a lot to me. I will make a donation in your honor to the SPCA. I remember you telling me (through tears) how their commercial got you all choked up. RIP Uncle Keith. Xoxo
