PMG Benjamin Franklin Bailar thoroughly relished his role leading one of the nation's largest organizations. He was a friend to stamp collectors everywhere, and positively beamed when participating in the 1976 international exhibition in Philadelphia, home of his namesake. May his family and friends find comfort in happy memories, and may they know that collectors everywhere are grateful for his life and his service.
