CALHOUN CITY – Billy Thomas Roach, 61, died Thursday, April 10, 2014, at his home. He was born Sept. 23, 1952, in Carroll County to Bill Roach and Bert Rimmer Roach. He was a truck driver and farmer for Topashaw Farms. He was a member of Pittsboro Pentecostal Church and a member of the National Guard.

Survivors include his wife, Syble Liles Roach of Calhoun City; one daughter, Nancy (Richard L.) Carpenter of Calhoun City; two sisters, Jeany (Mickey) Nichols of Coffeeville and Ann (Frank) Samples of Sardis; and one brother, Wayne (Wanda) Roach of Derma.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters and one nephew.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, April 12, at Pittsboro Pentecostal Church in Pittsboro with Bro. Jerry Wilson, Bro. Jeff Flake and Bro. David Fedrick officiating. Burial will be in Crossroads Cemetery in Calhoun City. Pryor Funeral Home of Calhoun City is in charge of arrangements.
Pallbearers will be Trent Edmondson, Cody Edmondson, Joe Edmondson, Johnny ""Bo"" White, Chad Lucius and Kenny Rimmer.
Visitation will be from 5 until 8 p.m. today at Pittsboro Pentecostal Church.
