They were married in Carson City, NV on 19 August 1969. They moved to the bay area in 1969 to start their life together because she was a highly motivated person and not a stay at home person. Again, she could not stay home, so she opened a gun shop called Berry Creek Guns in Oroville, Ca. Of all the gun shops in california only 2 are owned by women, her being one. The gun shop was a great place to go to talk about guns and politics. She was well known and well liked by all who knew her. She had a big group of followers from the Ex mayor, the police dept. and her loyal customers from all northern california. In her spare time 40+ years she was into animal rescue, cats and dogs.
