Alan O'Kelley Obituary
Alan Gordon O'Kelley, entered into the presence of God on Feb. 10, 2008 in Chico, Calif. Dearly beloved husband of twenty-five years of Annette M. O'Kelley of Santa Rosa. Loving and cherished father of Gena O. (Chuck) Norris of Navasota, TX, Eric P. (Aletha) O'Kelley, Maureen A. (Deron) Dalby and Elizabeth O'Kelley, all of Chester, Calif. Beloved son of Mary A. Paquin of Orangevale, Calif. Also survived by one sister, Janie (Chuck) Williams of Orangevale, Calif.; one brother, Dennis O'Kelley of Chico, Calif., 13 adoring grandchildren; 10 cherished great- grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. A native of Little Rock, Arkansas, age 64 years. Alan is preceded in death by his father, Frank O'Kelley in 1966 and a brother, Michael Charles O'Kelley (infant).
Alan was a security guard at Hewlett-Packard and Kunde Estate Winery. A member of our community for the past twenty-five years, Alan was a member of the Ostomy Association of Sonoma County.
Family and friends are invited to attend Funeral Services at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 16, 2008 at the LAFFERTY & SMITH COLONIAL CHAPEL (4321 Sonoma Highway, Santa Rosa, CA, 95409). Private Interment will follow at Santa Rosa Memorial Park. As an expression of sympathy, the family prefers that

Annette & the O'Kelley Family - John and I were so sorry to hear of your loss. We are friends of Gena and Carlos and have had the pleasure of meeting Alan and you a few times. Even though we did not know him well, we know his children, and our heartfelt sorrow goes out to them as well. He will be dearly missed by everyone he touched.

Annette and O'Kelley Family- I was so proud to be a part of the celebration of Alan's life. Just remember that as you walk and think of him, he is just a step behind you. My father, Jim, Lindsey and Lena Granger, friends Larry and Cathy Maxey, Alan Maxey, Bruce Carlson, and Alan's HS coach, Darold Adamson from Chester shared a lot of great times with Alan and we had a lot of laughs and tears this week. We love you, Bob and Family
