FLOY L. BAKER Floy Baker, of Chico, born January 25, 1929 in Butler, OK, died suddenly but peacefully on April 3, 2014. He was surrounded by many of the family members who represent his legacy of love. Survivors include his wife of 65 years, Dorene, his children Brad Baker, Jerry (Sherrie) Baker, Becci (Paul) Pechin, David (Kimberley) Baker; 13 grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren; sisters Sandra Burgess (Tom) and Mary Fasulis; sister-in-law Carolyn Stockton (Mike); numerous nieces and nephews, and many other extended family members in CA. and Ok. He was preceded in death by parents Roy and Eliza (Higgins) Baker, brothers Roy, Bill, Jack, Don and sister Delma. A Memorial Service will be held at the Evangelical Free Church, 1193 Filbert Ave, Chico at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, April 12, 2014. Relatives and friends are welcome at the service and reception immediately following. Floy was a man of faith, and had a great love of family, friends, and farming.
