Robert Earle Anderson, 82, died on June 24, 2005 in Paradise. He was born on May 29, 1923 in Libby, Mont. to Robert and Virginia Anderson.

Robert retired after working for 35 years as an Administrative Manager for Pacific Telephone. He moved to Paradise 25 years ago from Foster City. He was a very active member of Paradise Lutheran Church. He also loved the game of golf. He was a past president and active member of Butte Creek Country Club, Table Mountain Masonic Lodge and Scottish Rite.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Verna in 1993.
He is survived by daughter, Karen Kay of Concord, Calif.; brother, Norman Anderson of Glendale, Calif. and grandson, Steven Waide of Danville, Calif. and Sharon Wells of Redondo Beach, Calif.
A visitation will be held from 4-8 p.m. on Thursday, June 30, 2005 at Rose Chapel Mortuary. A service will be held at Paradise Lutheran Church at 2 p.m. on Friday, July 1, 2005.
